Initially called Yorkshire Water who attended and couldn’t find a fault after our toilet was backing up, they told me it wasn’t their problem and to sort it ourselves. Called Jason who sent one of his lads out, Wayne I think he was called. He came out late Saturday afternoon, found the fault, which was missed by YW off my property. He did a temporary fix, then came back out on the Monday to sort it again. They kept us going until YW eventually fixed it over week later. Absolutely spot on service from this company, can’t thank them enough."
